During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the hotel's free WiFi and clean rooms. The location was also great, as there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to offer directions and recommendations for activities.

I did have some issues during my stay. The hotel staff could have been more accommodating to non-Polish speaking guests, as there were some communication difficulties.

My second stay at this hotel, which is modern, clean, comfortable reasonably priced with excellent helpful, professional staff who speak English working in Reception. I wish all hotels were as professional as this one.

Spent Easter holiday here and had a great time. Nice clean rooms and a good breakfast which included hot pancakes. The hotel is conveniently located near a museum. , they have a fitness and sauna to help you relax. The WiFi was good and the staff was polite.

The staff was overloaded and appeared to need more training. They seemed to struggle with handling many international guests and didn't have enough staff to assist.
